Curated and designed by Darling Green with curatorial consultant Judith Gura, 1:1 drawing, design and communication examines the different ways designers have used drawing to communicate form and develop ideas. In addition to sourcing/coordinating loans, licensing images, writing texts, and designing the exhibition, Darling Green developed two interactive touch screen kiosks, provided a drawing machine that composes the title wall, built a Rietveld chair and incorporated several hand drawn decorative elements. Development and production, from proposal to opening, was completed in 10 weeks.
